Comments:

This was not really a race for as much as a "gut-check" for my upcoming Chesapeake Bay Swim 4.4 miles.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing. Maybe go a little harder earlier. But maybe not!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Only 4 years of swimming. A job. My basic lack of athletic ability.

Event comments:

I really enjoyed it and the water quality is so much better in May than in September for the Reston Tri.
