Comments: REALLY BAD navigation and swam WAY off the buoys. Had to stop 5 times and clear out goggles. That' said: This is a swimmer's Tri for sure if the water is calm. Long swim and short bike/runs. What would you do differently?: I REALLY need to work on doing a harder effort and getting in a groove. I know i can take 90 seconds off this. Transition 1
Comments: I screwed around too long with shoes i guess. Also was against most people NOT wearing wetsuits What would you do differently?: Learn to swim and not wear the suit! Bike
Comments: OK i guess. I tried 170mm cranks to see if i want to use at IMLP. Not used to them, but maybe they will help the run afterwards? What would you do differently?: Long training for Ironman make the pace feel hard on these short ride/runs. Just need to train to stay at 25-26 mph here Transition 2

Warm down: Nothing, felt like i could do it again. What limited your ability to perform faster: IMLP training is all long and slow. This pace feels really hard. Event comments: Love the course and location. I just need to learn to swim! Last updated: 2012-06-01 12:00 AM
