Comments:

I felt good except for some minor cramping at Km 18. John Stanton, Owner of the Running Room, was the 2:15 pace bunny that I followed for the longest time until I felt I had more and struck out on my own.

Oh Yeah this was my first ever 1/2 Marathon and I had set a goal of 2:30, I felt great at the end; I exceeded my expectations and am considering the full next year or perhaps going sub 2 hours in the 1/2. Time will tell.
What would you do differently?:

Train more, drink a bit more. Be sure the guy at the water station understands the difference <> water and gatorade.

Event comments:

More water in Shubie Park would have been nice.
