Comments: course measured 6.35 miles on the Garmin What would you do differently?: not much until I am able to improve pace; was very steady and each mile had almost the same pace until final .25 miles Post race
Warm down: walked around food area; had good amount of fruit/bagel/water What limited your ability to perform faster: the need for speed training Event comments: The start could have been much smoother. Both 10K and 2 mile started together and therir was a clog at the beginning with some people tripping over others. They should have separate or stacked starts more like Bellin Run.
