Pre-race routine:

Wake up, breakfast and drive down to South Beach. I was out pretty late at a wedding the night before. The wedding was a nutritional disaster and I suffered during the race as a result.

This was my longest swim to date. I felt good for the whole race.
What would you do differently?:

I take it easy on the swim. This is an area that I will be able to improve on once I start focusing in on it. Right now I look to swim an average time and exit the water fresh for the bike/run.
