Comments: Firs 300 was great, when i came around the turn i lost my rhythm and could not get it back. Ended up alternating between freestyle, on my back and doing breast stroke. Need to work on staying calm and controlling my breathing. What would you do differently?: Need to keep working on "staying slow to go fast" Transition 1

Comments: I feel like i had more to give here. I passed a lot of people but should have pushed a little harder on the way back. Need to work on staying in the Aero position. Transition 2
Comments: T2 was good, almost fell coming off the bike, should have slowed down a bit more. What would you do differently?: rack bike right the first time Run
Comments: Fell down coming out of the transition as my calves cramped up like balls. Stretched for 30 seconds, walked for 60, then started running. After about .75 miles I felt good enough to make it to my race pace (9:45 ish). Given that the run is my worst, I feel OK about my performance here. Need to figure out the cramping for next time. Post race
