Pre-race routine:

Arrived early ok nights sleep. Good routine forgot water bottles though and had to use a water bottle with screw on cap. Was alittle difficult but managed.
Event warmup:

it was already hot, so did not warm up enough, drank a monster for first time before race did not seem to effect me too much.

Going out on swim was hard rough against current hard. Swimming was hard constant corrections because of current.

Long run from bike to gulf. Took a long time could have run faster, should have run faster.
What would you do differently?:

velco straps fell out of shoes had to stop to reattach them. Had to get off of bike.

Bike ride was awesome, but time was slow because I had to fix stupid shoes. I passed a TON of people every time I looked at bike computer i was doing over 22 so I was booking.
