Comments:

I thought I'd be able to do a couple of minutes quicker on this with the wetsuit. I had some problems zig zagging, and also spent too much time trying to find someone to draft off of.
What would you do differently?:

Until I can get faster, I'm going to skip trying to draft. In time trial starts, I'm with other poor swimmers and they just aren't consistent enough in speed to be useful. I need to just focus on going straight and not worry abut where others are.

I thought this went pretty well, but ended up being slower than expected. This was a B race, and I didn't want to waste my legs to the point where I'd be out of training for a couple of days. I think I put the amount of effort into this that I should have, but wish that was faster.

I think this went pretty well, though I think the course may have been short of the 4 miles by .15 miles.
What would you do differently?:

I had a goal of 1:45 and knew how fast I had to run to make that.

I really enjoy this race. The distance works well for me, and the beer and the hoe cakes are a great way to finish up.
