Comments: Too long in T1. Put on my helmet before realizing that I hadn't put on my jersey yet. Extra time used to take off helmet, put on jersey and place helmet back on. What would you do differently?: Wear just a tri top (only had a bathing suit top for the swimming) Bike
Comments: This was a familiar route as I live in the area, so knew when the hills were coming. I typically do 16 mph on this route and increased to almost 17 mph for the race. I'm pleased with my ride. What would you do differently?: Continued interval training on the bike to tackle the hills better. Transition 2

Comments: This is my downfall is all triathlons...the running. Just can't get my legs moving after the cycle. First mile and a half was hard and I ended up walking up the hills and barely jogging for the rest. After the 1st mile and half, I was able to build up to quicker pace and felt much more comfortable for the last mile. I will not that this run was a couple minutes pace faster than my 2 mile run with my first triathlon over 1/2 year ago, so I've definitely made progress What would you do differently?: I need to learn how to run and try interval running.
