First OWS swim. Felt good in beginning. Tired about half way. Really need to improve on swimming.

Ummm. Not sure what I was thinking by taking entire wetsuit off right at beach. I got confused by the prior training class. I should have just taken off the top half and ran.
My wetsuit and body was all covered in sand due to this. I had to wash down before the bike. Lost at least 2 min.

I really felt excellent. I wish I had some other people to pace with. Just passing people because I was in last heat and all the faster riders already finished.

I think I could go harder. I didn't feel tired at all by the time I finished. Overall Im very happy w my cycling results.

Stopped by completely and dismounted. Hard to run w speed play cleats.

I would like to learn how to jump off with bike moving. Definitely practice

Slower starting pace @ 8 min. Finished strong.
What would you do differently?:

Train more on how to run the right pace for that kind of distance. I didn't want to go out too strong and lose momentum but I think I should have ran a faster pace.

My first TRI. It was a lot of fun and ran very well. Wasn't too aggressive which I appreciated.
