Comments: nice course; just didn't use the rollers to my advantage. Beat 3 people in the last 5 miles to finish strong What would you do differently?: use the brakes less going down the rollers Post race
Warm down: grabbed water and available nutrition drinks and food What limited your ability to perform faster: food poisoning the week prior and not having outside rides for two weeks prior to race Event comments: I think I may have done too much race prep the day before because I just didn't feel right entering the race.
