Comments: What would you do differently?: Need to keep drinking. Lost track of distance. Also, get a better bead on where you are on the course Transition 2

Comments: Run felt good. What would you do differently?: Coming off the bike, I could have used what was left in my water bottle. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Should have had breakfast beforehand. Should have done 100-200m worth of swim warm up. Slow down and get your swim rhythm- don't blow it out.
