So many problems, going to make it a point to warm up next time. Lost my breath and my goggles early on.

Warm up. Take a few minutes to make sure everything is secure before heading out.

Coming off the bike, I could have used what was left in my water bottle.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Should have had breakfast beforehand. Should have done 100-200m worth of swim warm up. Slow down and get your swim rhythm- don't blow it out.

Event comments:

I had fun, and got my first tri under my belt. Speedy feet did a good job imho
