Comments: Started at a good pace. I think I could have done a better job in the middle mile and could have pushed harder at the end of the race. What would you do differently?: Push harder at the end. ![]() Post race
Warm down: Drank beer and ate pretzels What limited your ability to perform faster: Did a hard track workout on Thursday with 100m and 200m all out. I didn't recover from that. Next time don't do that before a race. I think I could have gone faster with the fitness level that I have now. I still beat my PR by 20 seconds but I think I can go sub 18 minutes. Event comments: Race was nice but the triathlon was going on at the same time and people were coming out of transition while our race started. I don't think that was very smart to have two races together at the same time. Also we had to run on the sidewalk. It was okay for me because I was in the front. I don't know what happened in the back. They had good entertainment at the end so that was fun. Also, very excited about a new PR. Last updated: 2012-06-10 12:00 AM
