Comments: Had trouble getting my breathing normal and i couldn't draft much because there weren't that many people in my wave. What would you do differently?: I would probably try harder to get my breathing right. Transition 1
Comments: when i got into transition for some reason when i looked down to get my socks and shoes on i was dizzy/ unstable so it took me a while to recover from that. someone had also turned my bike the other way than i had set it up so that slowed me down. What would you do differently?: maybe if the dizziness happens again try sitting down while putting on socks and shoes. Bike

Comments: the transition from me putting my bike on the rack and Julia getting the timing chip on her leg went very well and she was off.... What would you do differently?: nothing it was a good clean transition for both of us Run

Warm down: walked around transition for about 15-20 minutes drinking water, ate a banana, and after Julia, my mom,and my dad finished i had some chocolate milk and Jake's ice cream! What limited your ability to perform faster: other than my hip being messed up, nothing Event comments: enjoyed the race last year and it was just as good or better than last year this year!!! Eat some cheerios, pack the car, set up transition area and walk through all the entrances and exits.
i usually do a little run before the race but obviously i cant run right now so i just walked around a lot but that probably doesn't count...
