Comments:

Drafted group that went off course on the inside early. Rest of race much better. Draft on last leg back real good. Anticipated cross course current and compensated to I was at bouey at turn.
What would you do differently?:

Keep focus on course in the beginning.

Glut felt bad and flatted at about an hour. Took it easy.

Over heated after mile two. Worked hard to recover and negative split the second half.
What would you do differently?:

More salt tabs incase nutrition an issue so salt can be maintain.
