Swim
Comments: Started on the far left out of the mass of women, this resulted in no contact and a very clean swim. I was able to push with a group of three women and draft off one of them. The swim was fast and over in no time. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Transition 1
Comments: I was a full minute slower than last time I raced the sprint. Maybe it was my speed coming up out of transition. I ran through a lot of Olympic racers who were walking. It wasn't a big deal. What would you do differently?: Rack my bike closer to "bike out". Bike
Comments: The pace felt hard with the altitide. The sprint course has a ton of climbing which keeps things honest. What would you do differently?: More climbing, more altitude. Transition 2
Comments: Got in and out, kept it quick. What would you do differently?: Nothing, fastest transition to date. I noticed only one girl from my age group ahead of me and wasn't sure of my placing. Run
Comments: Steep hills and fast girls made the race more interesting. What would you do differently?: More running Post race
Warm down: Stood in the lake and drank some water. What limited your ability to perform faster: Run training. Event comments: I love this race, 4th year back. It's a small grassroots triathlon with a punch. Sprint and Olympic courses are both very challenging. Last updated: 2012-06-13 12:00 AM

Rode down to transition, set up, got body marked then headed back to camp for breakfast.
Got in and swam about 200 meters to get the HR going.
