Comments:

It was a tough morning for a race, weather wise, but there were ample aid stations (from both the race itself and the friendly neighbors). I ran the best I could considering the heat and hills!
What would you do differently?:

Hope for cooler weather ;)

Warm down:

Cold washcloth, water, Gatorade, hot dog.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

The usual -- more volume. Perhaps I should start adding in some speedwork.
