Pre-race routine:

up at 5:10 had breakfast, got dressed. Left for the event at 6:30 to get a parking space.
Set up the transition area, went to the bathroom

put on the wetsuit and then got wet and swam about 25 yards

just race my own race and not try and help

Hip Flexor pull from a race last august that is still hurting

Event comments:

This is the best orgainized event around. Others could learn from this one.
