I haven't checked my Garmin, but I didn't wear my HR monitor. I would like to know my cadence.

Not exactly flat, but a great course. I didn't like the cones, but they were a necessity on the course. One lady in front of me narrowly missed one and in turn almost wrecked, which would have taken a bunch of us out.
