Way better than last year. Did not freak out about the pond! Swam in pond pre start - best idea yet. Now to get faster

Comments:

Was a great run until mile 2 and then horrible cramp in stomach. Was screaming while running. I am sure people thought I was nuts. pumped arms up and down and kept on running. Cramp left at last 25 yards. was a terrible mile.
What would you do differently?:

Figure out what to do about back problems which cause stomach cramps.

Love the Sprint race and all the camaraderie that goes along with it. Will do it again now that I am over the pond fear! This was my second race in the series first was last year and it was only my 2nd tri. I am feeling much better about everything and look forward to testing it again.
