Woke up at a bananna, had a coffee and breakfast sandwich On the drive
Set up transitions, got body marked.
Ate half a protien bar about 35 mins out
Drank 250 ml of vega pre work out energizer!

Miss shifted on first hill ended up having to mash the hill and the pool water decided to come out at the top of the hill

Turn around part was wet and gravelly and the bike went out from under me!

Stay focused don't miss shift!
