Comments: Need to practice with my aerobars more. Apparently I wasn't moving as fast as I thought, and my run was punished for not training with these. What would you do differently?: train more Transition 2

Comments: As soon as I started running my calves and thighs/quads started cramping. Never had this problem before was afraid I wouldn't finish. Stopped and grabbed my toes and then told myself to push through it. Gradually sped up trying to catch the kid ahead, but stomach became weak at end and I backed off. What would you do differently?: Push through the throw up pain. Post race
