maybe navigate better, started too far off to one side at start, ended up swimming a little longer during first lap as a result

definitely a 10K PR for me, triathlon or not, felt good on the run, much better than some much slower runs that I have done in the past

not much, pace was good, drinking amount was OK, had no chance of catching the 2 in my AG in front of me

enjoyed this course and race, good first olympic of the season since it's flat, and maybe short, nice to get a trophy for 3rd in AG after not getting one last year
