Same ol' grape nuts and raisins:) Had a clif bar about 45 minutes before race started
Event warmup:

Not much, got in and started swimming around to get my hr up some....Had a 4 minute gap between waves.

Swim was crappy for some reason, no excuses. Just took some time to get settled in. Very crowded swim, still, I have enough experience to overcome those things.

Good ride, finally passed some people going up a couple of small hills! That has never happened. Bike course was littered with newbies, wasn't exactly the safest race course I've been on!

Not much, felt my pace was hard.
