Really surprised this was actually 4 seconds slower than yesterday, and a full minute slower than last year. I felt good with a consistent stroke. Need work.

More OWS work.

Again, pretty happy with transitions. Same issue as yesterday getting some momentum up the hill to get into the shoes.

Get a good intial pedal stroke to have time to get feet on shoes.

Didn't think I was that slow, but the numbers don't lie. Legs felt pretty cashed.I thought I attacked the hills okay, but definitely was not keeping the pace on the long slow very gradual climbs.

Let's stick with the need training motif.

Not a whole lot left in the tank, but kept it going. Stronger run than yesterday. 9:33, 9:53, 9:05, 7:50. Really disappointed overall.
