Comments: got kicked hard in the face early, threw me off. Settled down by the end but kept getting bunched up with slower swimmers. What would you do differently?: need to continue to work on swimming, did not start well. Transition 1
Comments: long T1, had some trouble with wetsuit that was unusual for me. What would you do differently?: sit on the ground to take off wetsuit as i have done before. Bike
Comments: lost a bottle early on and only had EFS - no plain water. had to let off a little as a result. What would you do differently?: not lose my bottle, push harder Transition 2

Comments: im a slow runner, this was about the pace i was expecting maybe a bit slower. I could not get a full breath for the first 2 miles, but was able to keep up my pace. What would you do differently?: Nothing, just need to train more on the run Post race
