Warm down: ate 1/2 piece of pizza, cup of fruit What limited your ability to perform faster: those effing hills :) Event comments: Good race, unfortunately my times are weird b/c their mats got unplugged, so my transition times are worked into my other times, so I don't really have an accurate idea of how I did on each section. I wish I had done better, but this was really in keeping with my current fitness level, I really went about as hard as I could. I need to get MUCH faster on the bike.
