felt a little slow, especially on the hills. Had to get down to granny gear a few times. Need more work!

Comments:

Was holding back a bit since I didn't want to crash/bonk/puke. Had enough left to push hard at the end. The beginning was tough, especially having to climb stairs off the bike, but overall pretty good.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Perhaps too fast in the pool since my bike seemed so slow.

Event comments:

This was my first tri, but based on other races I've done this was very well run and a lot of fun. I'd recommend it to anyone.
