Comments: I started in position 7 (35 seconds after the first person) and was able to pass two people in the first lap. I then passed the rest of them by lap 2. then I had clear water to giver. Felt really strong. What would you do differently?: Bi Lateral breathing. exhaling through nose more. Transition 1
Comments: I need to work on the getting on my bike and going Bike
Comments: Well, my legs hurt, A lot. I really felt like I was going WAY too slow for the first half. By the time I got to the hill my legs were KILLING ME. I kept havign to change gears and my bike wanted to change gears too. Soit was pretty un comfortable ride. 1/2 through the big hill I felt ok, and then picked upt he cadence. 2 people passed me on the bike. Boys, and I passed a few too. So the second half was scetchy, I knew that I had sucked int he hup hill so I kinda leter go. I frightend myself for sure, drafted a van for a bit and then took off. What would you do differently?: I need my bike tuned Transition 2
Comments: First time I managed to do feet and helmet at the same time. I was pretty happy with that. I should have What would you do differently?: Grab more water, I was parched going into the run Run
Comments: 27!!! barf. I need NNEEEEEDD to work on my running, I'm not very good at it. So the first uphill sucked, some guy was on the sidelines going "HEY! at least you're doing it!" I was like Uh uh nope gotta go faster. TOok me a while. And then that girl passed me.. DAMMINT!. So I chugged along at my own pace, realizing that I was going too slow. and then before I passed that guy again I picked it up.. and kept going. and then I heard foot steps behind me and I refused to let him pass me. So I sped up, and he came up and then I matched his pace, and then he sped up and I matched his pace. And by the end we were sprinting together. He beet me, but this made my run faster by a few minutes i'm sure What would you do differently?: Run faster, drink more. UGH. I neeeeedd to be faster at running Post race

Got up and ate soem vector, and finished the last bits and pieces, Fed Kitty and went out.
I forgot my bike pump :(
I actally did some warm up, I ran a little bit and streched arms and hip flexors the way that we have been doing before runs.
Then I jumped in the pool and did some flip turns
