Got to race site and waited for it to warm up.
Event warmup:

None, no real good place to run, grass soaked from dew. Kept warm and waited for start.

T exit was down a kinda steep slippery hill. took time walking down and mounted on road.
What would you do differently?:

work on removing wetsuit. Though I wasn't rushing transitions at all. took my time and still had 7/15 in age group

Good ride. No computer so I rode as my body told me to without any idea of pace. rather good ride considering only limited training before hand.

Ran at a good pace without a watch. Ran entire course aside from drink stations which I walked to hydrate well took water from each station.

Good race, Transition area could be better if mowed through the year rather than day before. pasture grass, weeds, thistels in grass, uneven ground.. not good combinations to be fast.
