Comments: Swim seeding was non-existent. Was stopped several times congestion of walking contestants. Overall happy, time was probably a minute slower than should be. What would you do differently?: Train more. Transition 1
Comments: As usual, dizzy out of pool. Everything was laid out, but was not thinking clearly and put on helmet prior to shirt, lol. Walked out of transition, carbon soles are slippery. What would you do differently?: Faster clip in, more practice with shoes clipped in. Bike

Comments: Happy with this transition. I walked out of transition to loosen the calves which were tight. Lost at least 1 min by walking in and out of transition. What would you do differently?: Run in/out of transition. Run
Comments: Cramped 1/4 mile into run. Had to stop, stretch calf, ran very slow for the next 3/4 mile. After that run pace picked up nicely. When I finished was running at 8:50/mi right as my hamstring cramped at finish, lol What would you do differently?: More Run/Bike Bricks, more stretching Post race
