Being my first triathlon it was a little crazy running into people every few seconds. I had to stop and look for open water a few times. Felt good the final 300m once I had some room to move.
What would you do differently?:

Check my course a few more times. Started out a bit of course and swam from the left side of the pack over to the right.

Had a few problems getting going. Speed sensor on the bike wasn't working a spent a te seconds tying to fix it befor I just gave up started peddling.
What would you do differently?:

Test te equipment that morning to make sure it's all working.

Really worked hills hard and spent a lot of time out of the saddle. Happy with the ride as I rode this route a week ago and was a lot slower.

Happy with my run nice I have had quite a few poblems with my knees and I can't really push my runs hard. I can only run once or twice a week max. So I was pleased.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

With coming off the sofa 2 months ago and getting the idea to do this I'm pretty happy with the results. I've got something to try and bet now!

I can't wait to try the Olympic distance next year!
