Comments: First mile was good but worried that I took it a little fast at around 8:40 since I hadn't been as consistant as I should have been with training. Mile 2 wanted to join the belly dancers but kept going. Mile 3 seemed slow and uphill. Once I got past the same hill in mile 4 it was easier and I picked up speed until the last ascent going into the stadium. What would you do differently?: train more consistant, warm up better Post race

Ate a bowl of Cheerios and a banana and started sipping on Gatorade. Drove to the bush stop and took the bus to the race
