Swim
Comments: It went pretty good, I'm really bad at swimming. This was my first race with a wetsuit and it helped tremendously. I started on the outside and after a while a kayak appeared in front of me. I was trying to swim to carolina. I got turned around and kicked one more time, but other than that it was a fun swim. What would you do differently?: Sight better. Get goggles that don't fog as much Transition 1

Comments: I took a little too long here. Took a bathroom break also. What would you do differently?: Pay more attention so I wouldn't have to turn around and get my shorts Run
Comments: I started off good. I probably should have eaten a gu, but I didn't. About mile 9-10 I started struggling. I had to walk a little about mile 10, and I went to the bathroom once. I also stopped to talk to my wife and kids about mile 12. What would you do differently?: More long runs in training. Post race
Warm down: I got my pizza and fruit and took pictures with my wife and kids. My oldest boy ate most of the food. What limited your ability to perform faster: Not enough long bike/runs in training.
