Comments:

started kind of fast looking for my friends but then paced with the marathon 3:05 guys... they averaged about 7:05 till about mile 7 then went to about 6:45 so I fell back and just cruised to the finish.

walked around trying to find everyone.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

half ironman in 2 weeks.

Event comments:

Loved the course and running on the beach... just a little too humid for me coming from Vegas... I geuss I'm spoiled by the dry air... but love the run!
