Swung too far right after hitting the double buoy. Ended up doing more yardage than I should have.

Site better. Try to swim in a straight line.

Wanted to hurl after coming out of the lake. Sand in bike shoes didn't help either.

Need to do a better job navigating through transition.

Did better on the run than I thought. Once I rounded the last turn and saw the finish line, turned on the motor to the finish. Ended up passing two other guys in the final straightaway.
