Pre-race routine:

At my breakfast after parking, pick up my chip, setup transition... made it with time to spare, good start!

Water was warm, sighted great, something about this course that I swim it real well... at least in terms of sighting.
What would you do differently?:

I need to spend more time swimming, I get by on form and general fitness and it show in my time!

Love this course, can't wait to race it again being in better cycling shape. Made up lots of ground on this leg passing lots of people, was the third bike back to transition.

Did pretty well, some room for improvement but good ride.

Two people caught and passed me on the run... I wasn't exactly on fire while running. One of my least favorite run courses... the run up Montellago and the first half of the run... oooffff!
What would you do differently?:

Better running shape... pretty sure I've sub-20'd this course. I can do it again, just gotta work at it.
