entertain the night before..go to bed at 1030..up at 0230..out of bed at 0300..cereal c milk and nesquick...big coffee...sip on 24 Gatorade on 1:30 min drive up..eat a nutricious bar

Felt B12 gone for warranty assessment to CA. Rode Cannondale Six with Profile Air Stryke extensions, HED3's and Lazer Aero Helmet...if felt good. I don' know that I would have been faster on Tri Bike...It may be that I'm lower on the C-Dale. I have to reach an extra ~2" for the straw..that could be it. Would like to re-race the B12 in similar conditions to gauge

gut was cramping first .5 miles. Should have pushed harder through it and first 1.5 miles. Running at 156-158 HR second half

Event comments:

Post race- ran out of sports drink and nearly out of water. Subs were good. They played Christian praise music before the race..Nice touch on a Sunday.
