Comments:

Swam breast stroke for the entire course. This was my first attempt and I did not know how to do any other stroke. Also had issues with other swimmers cutting in front of me repeatedly.
What would you do differently?:

Will learn how to do front crawl.

Comments:

Terrible transition. Could not get shirt on, bib kept getting tangled and started to pull off. Was not able to get socks on properly.
What would you do differently?:

Use a tri-suit so that I do not need to put a shirt on. Get a bib belt. Not wear socks for the ride. Replace shoes. Clip in shoes and put them on after getting on the bike.

Ride felt good. Need some equipment changes.
What would you do differently?:

Need a way to measure speed, cadence. Need to switch rims to something that can handle a thinner race tire (currently riding a cyclocross bike which can only handle a 28. Need to add tri-bars. Ultimately need a tri-bike, but not for now.

This was my first tri, so I don't have much to compare, but it seemed to be quite well run. It was perfect weather for the race.
