Pre-race routine:

stomach bug stayed in the port-a-john and got brave enough to eat a gel before race. Didn't do swim warm up~and paid for it.

Comments:

went out way too hard swam well to first buoy, then fell apart on the back half of the swim. Hit alot of traffic, stopped did breast stroke with head out of water, became extremely winded, was happy just to make it back to shore.
