Comments: First time with shoes/pedals & tri suit; overall transition was much better than previous attempts due to not using socks and not having to deal with putting a shirt on. Shot blocks may not be the most ideal for transition to bike when moving that fast in transition. Bike
Comments: Having shoes made it much easier on the course, but lack of training on the bike prevented having a decent performance. With enough training, I can probably cut 5-10 minutes off of bike time. What would you do differently?: Train, train, train... after I buy my bike. Transition 2
