The time is misleading. I got out of the water at 6:05, and then there was a 2 minute run to the transition area.

Nothing. I think I had one of my best swims.

A little quicker putting shoes on and getting race belt on. I took a drink of water in the transition area, maybe i don't do that next time.

I would push harder on the run. I think I can get down to 6:30 pace.

My experience with this race was good and overall I was pleased. However I did hear a lot of people complaining about the organization and not having enough t-shirts and medals.
