Comments: Spent a lot of time in transition to recover from swim, but overall had a good transitin Bike
Comments: had lots of bike problems. Right out of transition I had to stop for about 20 minutes to fix tire that had popped out of rim. took some time to diagnose and fix the problem. After getting back into a groove I had problems with front derailluer and had to get off bike to fix. Heard lots of noise and felt like it was rubbing for the rest of the race. What would you do differently?: Prep and test bike better Transition 2
Run
Comments: Tough course with 400 feet over 1.4 miles. I ran up the entire hill at a slow pace. What would you do differently?: Get in better run shape Post race
Warm down: Not much, just grabbed some water and walked around What limited your ability to perform faster: Swim (breathing) and bike mechanical problems. Event comments: This was my worst race ever.
