Comments: Better than two years ago. Averaged 20.9 then. Actually passed several people, mostly on the hills. Still need to work on this for future races. What would you do differently?: Train more by starting earlier in the year. May/June just won't cut it. Transition 2
Comments: legs felt rubbery. Went down the wrong row for racking. Added maybe 10-15 seconds. Run
Comments: Thought my run would be faster since I trained more than two years ago. Ran a 23:48 (7:41) then, but 23:58 (7:44) now. First mile was really tough. I bet I went over 8min for that first mile. Could not get the legs moving for quite a while. Post race
Warm down: alot of walking What limited your ability to perform faster: lack of bike training Event comments: Only race I've been to but very well run. Goal was to go 1:12 and managed 1:11:59.
