Warm down:

Walked around. I still had lots of energy after the race. My legs just felt like crap. Thankfully, not as bad as they did during my run Thursday, but definitely not 100%.

Event comments:

This is always a good venue. I didn't feel like I was fully recovered from being sick last weekend, but I was pleased with how I did, with that considered.
