Comments: Felt good, after the first 500 I began seeing the previous wave's swim caps. Was consistant and smooth. What would you do differently?: could have pushed it a bit harder but was thinking of the bike and run. Transition 1

Comments: My run cost me. I walked appoximatelly 8 min costing me a good 4 min. Even with that my place would not have changed. I do not feel my swim or bike cost me. I Just need to lace up the running shoes more. What would you do differently?: Better run prep starting with run, run, and run some more... Post race
Warm down: water, light stretching, and waling off the rest of it. What limited your ability to perform faster: my gut, still need to loose 10-15 lb Event comments: As usual the swag is ok (shirt, socks, and advertisment), the event itself is great except I am not a fan of swimming in a boat harbor (I know no one purges the lav...), Post activities seemed to be week.
