Comments: I think I would have averaged a little faster if it was not for the car in front of me stopping at stop sign What would you do differently?: hill climbing practice. Monster hills. one was about .4 with a 40% grade Transition 2

Comments: Could not find my legs up the first 1.5 miles up hill What would you do differently?: hill training Post race
