 Comments: In from the run. Yankz or some kind of shoe lace system maybe may have taken a few seconds off. I wore my riding gloves so I didn't have to put them on for the bike. Otherwise I would have probably not worn them at all. What would you do differently?: I need something to ID my transition point. It took me a couple of seconds to recognize something that said, "You're parked here!" ![]() Bike                                     
 What would you do differently?: Felt great on the bike! I knew I was pushing. Course is super flat. Below sea level. ![]() Transition 2                                     
 Comments: Felt pretty good about this transistion. Everything worked as planned. What would you do differently?: Practice transitions. ![]() Run                                     
 Comments: Felt good on the run. Overtraining probably slowed my run as well as pushing a little too hard on the bike. What would you do differently?: Not push so hard on the bike. ![]() Post race 
                                        Warm down: Sit in grass and stare up at the sky. What limited your ability to perform faster: Overtraining. I was a little sore from other runs and bikes. The pool was closed so I didn't swim at all the week before so I thought more running/cycling would be a good thing. Nervously milled about. Ensured I had everything set up correctly over and over again.
Did some small stretches and walked around a lot.
