Comments: Good swim. Started slow and built speed as I got more comfortable in my surroundings. What would you do differently?: nothing Transition 1
Comments: fast transition. ran from lake to bike. then ran to mount site and jumped on bike. What would you do differently?: Get triathlon shoes. Air was cold on my toes, so maybe I would put on my toe guards for protection. Bike

Comments: put on socks and that added about 15 seconds. What would you do differently?: Not sure, but my time seemed slower than others. Run
Comments: run was slower than expecting, probably because I pushed hard on the bike. My hamstring was tight near the end of the run. Breathing was heavy. Legs felt good. What would you do differently?: stretch better before the race. I need to increase VO2Max. Post race
