A good bike effort. Hard but too much so. Kept my HR where I wanted it. Good have gone faster but restrained myself for the run.

Gone just a little faster so my avg speed would have been 19 mph

A good run. I probably good have pushed it a little harder but I wanted to make sure I didn't blow-up and ruin a sub 6 hour day

Run a little faster the last 2 miles so I could have broken 2 hours
